Do you know an adult in our community that deserves to be recognized?
We are excited to recognize a local adult in our community who has used their passion, compassion, creativity, and expertise to affect positive change for youth in the Wenatchee Valley. This adult can have positively impacted the lives of youth in a number of ways!
Whatever the focus, ideal candidates demonstrate the following qualities : 1 - Have made a positive impact on youth in our Valley 2 - Inspirational, fair and has a servant heart (think of a teacher, youth leader, mentor, coach, leader in a non-profit, etc.)
The goal of the Youth Parade Grand Marshal Award is to shine a spotlight on an exemplary leader from our community who has positively impacted the lives of young people.
Once selected, the Grand Marshal will be recognized in the Apple Blossom Youth Parade and ride in a convertible, and also be honored at the All Service Club & Community Luncheon. The Grand Marshal will be awarded $1,000 to donate to a local charity of their choice, sponsored by Larson Gross.
